2025 Young Buds: 6-8 yr

Spring is in the air, and with flowers in bloom, it’s time for your young gardener to learn how to care for the plants around the farm! In this hands-on class for 6-8-year-olds, children will explore the important elements that help plants grow strong and healthy, including the role of sunlight, water, and soil.

Our knowledgeable staff will guide the group on a fun stroll around the farm, showing off different raised beds and teaching about the plants that thrive in each. Along the way, your child will learn how to care for a variety of plants and why each one needs special attention.

Each child will also get to plant and take home a piece of the farm to nurture and grow, making this class both educational and rewarding!
